What we still want to achieve
We are convinced that Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is crucial for the development of the circular economy.
We have been advocating for EPR from the beginning and are currently moving forward with it on a global scale.
We are not satisfied with what we have achieved. We want more:
- We have already collected more than 10 million tonnes of waste batteries, waste electrical equipment, and packaging. Now we want to return the next 10 million tonnes to the loop and help close it.
- Awareness of sustainability has increased. We want to help our customers create goods and packaging that are even more environmentally friendly.
- New technologies have entered the market. We want to develop additional solutions that reduce the costs and complexity of EPR. Our goal is to help governments and businesses achieve their environmental goals.
- In the future, manufacturers will be responsible for immensely more end-of-life products. We will assume this additional responsibility for them – globally.
We are aware of our responsibility as established experts in ERP and are expediting economic and ecological change.
