Has your company in 2019 placed more than • 80 tonnes of glass,
• 50 tonnes of paper & cardboard or,
• 30 tonnes of Light Weight Packaging (ferrous metals, aluminium, plastics, beverage cartons, other composites)
on the German market?

Then according to Section 11 (1) VerpackG, you are required to have your annual quantity of packaging certified by a registered auditor. This declaration must also be filed in the LUCID register no later than May 15, 2020.
