Extended producer responsibility for fishing gear: EU and country perspective

From 2025 producers of fishing gear products in the EU have to fulfil extended producer responsibility obligations introduced by the Single-Use Plastic (SUP) Directive and transposed by the EU Member States.

To help in understanding those producer obligations, we would like to introduce the free of charge fishing gear webinar on May 15th at 13:00.

During the webinar, we will explain the requirements related to extended producer responsibility arising from EU Directives and provide overview of  their implementation in EU countries.

In addition, we will show examples of local requirements in Landbell Group regulatory tracking tool – Knowledge Database. At the end, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions.
